منطق تصمیم گیری مدیران ارشد صنعت هتلداری در نوسانات اقتصادی با تمرکز بر رویکردهای تصمیم‌گیری کارآفرینانه

چکیده

این پژوهش در صدد بررسی منطق تصمیم‌گیری مدیران صنعت هتلداری ایران در زمان نوسانات اقتصادی بر اساس رویکردهای تصمیم-گیری در کارآفرینی است که از آن به امکان‌گرایی و هدف‌گرایی تعبیر می‌شود. این تحقیق به دلیل ماهیت آن کیفی است و از روش نگاشت علّی برای تحلیل داده‌ها استفاده شده است. مشارکت‌کنندگان تحقیق مدیران ارشد هتل‌های 4 و 5 ستاره تهران هستند. روش نمونه گیری به صورت گلوله برفی بوده است. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که رویکرد امکان‌گرایی در شرایط نوسان و عدم قطعیت رویکرد حاکم در تصمیم‌گیری است و مدیران در 86% موقعیت‌های تصمیم‌گیری از مؤلفه‌های رویکرد امکان‌گرایی و 14% از مؤلفه‌های هدف‌گرایی استفاده می‌کنند. نتایج گویای این است که مدیران هتل‌ها در شرایط عدم قطعیت و نوسانات اقتصادی از رویکرد هدف‌گرایی به رویکرد امکان‌گرایی تغییر رویکرد می‌دهند.
