ارزیابی عوامل مؤثر بر عملکرد محیط ‌زیستی کارکنان هتل (مورد مطالعه: هتل‌های شهر یزد)

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: این مطالعه در راستای افزایش نگرانی‌ها نسبت به محیط زیست در صنعت گردشگری، به بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر عملکرد محیط ‌زیستی کارکنان هتل‌های شهر یزد انجام گرفته است. هتل‌ها به ­عنوان بخش مهمی از صنعت گردشگری تأثیر مهمی بر محیط ‌زیست دارند و عملکرد کارکنان نقش کلیدی در هدایت هتل‌ها متناسب با ملاحظات پایداری محیط ‌زیستی دارد.
روش­ شناسی: در این تحقیق از روش کمی به منظور سنجش متغیرها و آزمون فرضیه‌های تحقیق استفاده شده است. جامعۀ هدف این تحقیق، کارکنان و مدیران هتل‌های 4 و 5 ستارۀ شهر یزد می‌باشد که به روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای تعداد 245 نفر به ­عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از معادلات ساختاری و نرم‌افزار SmartPLS-4 انجام گرفت.
یافته ­ها: نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که رفتار شهروندی و رفتار حامی محیط ‌زیست تأثیر معناداری بر عملکرد محیط ‌زیستی کارکنان دارد. اما تأثیر مشارکت محیط ‌زیستی و تعهد سازمانی بر عملکرد محیط ‌زیستی کارکنان هتل در شهر یزد مورد تأیید قرار نگرفت. از نتایج دیگر تحقیق، اثر معنادار مشارکت محیط ‌زیستی، تعهد سازمانی و رفتار شهروندی بر رفتار حامی محیط ‌زیست؛ اثر معنادار مشارکت محیط ‌زیستی بر تعهد سازمانی و اثر معنادار مشارکت زیست­محیطی و تعهد سازمانی بر رفتار شهروندی می‌باشد. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که متغیرهای مشارکت، رفتار شهروندی، تعهد و رفتار حامی محیط ‌زیست بیش از 79 درصد از تغییرات عملکرد محیط ‌زیستی کارکنان هتل را تبیین و پیش‌بینی کنند.
نتیجه ­گیری و پیشنهادات: یافته‌های تحقیق اهمیت عملکرد محیط ‌زیستی را در صنعت هتل‌داری نشان می‌دهد و مدیران هتل‌ها می‌توانند از طریق توجه به محیط زیست و تعریف آن در قالب اهداف سازمانی به بهبود عملکرد کلی هتل و ملاحظات محیط ‌زیستی هتل خود کمک نمایند.
نوآوری و اصالت: از نوآوری و اصالت این تحقیق می‌توان به تأکید بر نقش کارکنان در عملکرد محیط ‌زیستی هتل، تمایز بین رفتارهای رسمی و غیررسمی کارکنان و برجسته‌سازی مسائل محیط زیستی در فعالیت‌های بخش هتل‌داری می‌باشد.
