واکاوی تفسیرگرایانه و طراحی مدل آموزش اکوتوریسم

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: با توجه به نقش روزافزون اکوتوریسم در توسعۀ پایدار، این پژوهش با هدف طراحی مدل بومی آموزش اکوتوریسم پایدار در ایران انجام شده است تا زمینه‌ساز ارتقاء کیفیت آموزش و توانمندسازی فعالان این حوزه باشد.
روش ­شناسی: این تحقیق با رویکرد کیفی و در پارادایم تفسیری انجام و داده‌ها از طریق مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ساختاریافته با ۲۰ نفر از خبرگان حوزۀ اکوتوریسم گردآوری شده و با روش تحلیل مضمون و کدگذاری سه‌مرحله‌ای (باز، محوری و انتخابی) مورد تجزیه‌وتحلیل قرار گرفته‌اند. اعتبار و پایایی داده‌ها با استفاده از تکنیک‌هایی چون بازبینی مشارکت‌کنندگان، بررسی همکار و ثبت دقیق مراحل پژوهش تضمین گردیده است.
یافته ­ها: در مرحلۀ نخست تحلیل کیفی، ۱۷۶ شاخص در قالب ۷ بُعد و ۴۳ مؤلفه شناسایی شد. ابعاد شامل هوشمندی بوم‌شناختی، رهبری بوم‌محور، هم‌افزایی پایدار، وجدان طبیعت‌مدار، نوآوری سبز، داستان‌سرایی بومی و فرهنگ طبیعت‌گرا بودند. در مرحلۀ دلفی، ۳۸ شاخص به‌دلیل پیچیدگی اجرایی، نیاز به فناوری پیشرفته، هزینۀ بالا یا عدم اولویت در آموزش عمومی حذف شدند. همچنین، ۲۴ شاخص به دلیل هم‌پوشانی مفهومی، ادغام و به شاخص‌های جامع‌تر تبدیل شدند. درنهایت، ۱۳۲ شاخص که با اهداف اکوتوریسم (آموزش، حفاظت و مشارکت محلی) و با شرایط بومی ایران (تنوع زیستی، فرهنگی و محدودیت‌های زیرساختی) هم‌خوانی داشتند، در مدل نهایی حفظ شدند.
نتیجه ­گیری و پیشنهادات: براساس نتایج آموزش اکوتوریسم نیازمند رویکردی چندبعدی است که تعامل بین دولت، جوامع محلی، مراکز آموزش عالی و ذی‌نفعان صنعت گردشگری را تقویت کند. مدل ارائه‌شده می‌تواند به‌عنوان چارچوبی راهبردی برای سیاست‌گذاران، برنامه‌ریزان و مراکز آموزشی در طراحی برنامه‌های آموزش اکوتوریسم در ایران مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.
نوآوری و اصالت: نوآوری این پژوهش در ارائۀ الگویی بومی برای آموزش اکوتوریسم در ایران است که می‌تواند مبنای طراحی برنامه‌های آموزشی مؤثر در سطوح مختلف قرار گیرد و در سیاست‌گذاری آموزشی، تدوین سرفصل‌های دانشگاهی، توانمندسازی جوامع محلی و ارتقاء کیفیت گردشگری پایدار کاربرد داشته باشد.
