This paper is going to recognize the role of Tourism on the development of rural women competency. The concept of the paper is a kind of application form and the method of the research is descriptive- analytical one and also it is a kind of survey. The population includes 1785 persons from the women of Zyarat village in which they dwelled lately at least 5 years. The statistical sample with the use of the formula of Chokeran includes 126 persons and the selection of the sample is a kind of the simple random. Data has been done with questionnaire in the form of a field study and with the interview done with the families dwelled in Zyarat village. The validity of the research is based upon its content, a kind of the face validity, and its approval by the experts. The last instrument of assessment is computed through coefficient Alpha Kronbakh.
