To improve conditions and expedite the reconstruction of this industry, it is important to understand the factors and components that affect tourism businesses in the post-coronavirus era. To this end, a research study was conducted to investigate and identify these factors, particularly as they apply to rural tourism businesses.

The questionnaire used in the study was validated by professors and elites, and its reliability was confirmed through Cronbach's alpha.

Conclusion: The explanation percentage of the seven extracted factors in order of importance is as follows: the first factor is infrastructure-support, 16.75; the second factor is educational-cultural, 12.42; the third factor is potential measurement and recognition of capacities, 9.97; the fourth factor is recovery of health and mental conditions, 8.74; the fifth factor is technology development, 5.26; the sixth factor is change of approach and management flexibility, 4.83; and the seventh factor is central environment explain, 59.4% of the total variance of the dependent variable.
