While thanking the judges for the articles, it is necessary to pay attention to the following points in the process of judging and providing answers.

1. The questions in the arbitration form do not have the same importance and weight. For this purpose, in explaining each question, its coefficient is specified, which varies between 1 and 3.

2. To calculate the final score of the article, multiply the coefficient of each question by the score of the question (for example, question 3 has 3 points and question 5 has 5 points) and add the results together. The resulting number is the final score of the article.

3. Articles that score at least 70 points will be eligible for publication.

5. Considering that the policy of the publication and the purpose of creating a system of publications is systematic management and communication and the use of electronic capabilities, it is therefore requested that you submit your comments and corrections through electronic notes (Comment) in the Word file of the articles.
