ارزیابی توانمندی‌های گردشگری استان کرمان با رویکرد سیمائو

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: هدف این مقاله ارائه یک رویکرد راهبردی است که می‌تواند در کنار تحلیل رقابت‌پذیری مقصدهای گردشگری، پایداری آن‌ها را نیز مورد ارزیابی قرار دهد.
روش‌شناسی: جهت ارزیابی توانمندی‌های گردشگری استان کرمان با رویکرد توسعه پایدار ابتدا با استفاده از داده‌های موجود در سازمان میراث‌فرهنگی و سایر نهادهای استانی اطلاعات جامعی از منابع و توان‌های استان به دست آمد. سپس با استفاده از نتایج به‌دست‌آمده از پرسشنامه‌ها، تحلیل متاسوات برای ارزیابی توانمندی‌های گردشگری و رقابت‌پذیری پایدار استان کرمان اجرا و نتایج موردنظر از آن استخراج گردید.
یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که جاذبه‌ها و فعالیت‌های گردشگری استان کرمان ارزشمندترین منابع و قابلیت‌های گردشگری این مقصد می‌باشند. باوجود پایداری نسبی جاذبه‌های گردشگری، این توان‌ها به‌خوبی سازمان‌دهی نشده‌اند. در کنار جاذبه‌ها و فعالیت‌های گردشگری، تسهیلات و خدمات گردشگری استان از تناسب استراتژیک بسیار بالایی برخوردار هستند.
نتیجه‌گیری و پیشنهادات: جاذبه‌ها و فعالیت‌های گردشگری استان تناسب راهبردی بسیار قوی‌ای با عوامل اقتصادی، اکولوژیکی و فناورانه و تناسب قوی‌ای با عوامل قانونی، سیاسی و اجتماعی - فرهنگی دارند. از سوی دیگر عوامل قانونی و سیاسی در کنار عوامل اکولوژیکی بیشترین اهمیت را در میان سایر عوامل خارجی داشته و از بالاترین درجه فوریت برخوردارند.
نوآوری و اصالت: این تحقیق از ترکیب رویکردهای مبتنی بر منبع و توسعه پایدار با استفاده از روش تحلیل متاسوات جهت تعمیم دیدگاه مبتنی بر منبع به پایداری مقصدهای گردشگری استفاده نموده‌است.
