تبیین بازار تقاضای گردشگری پزشکی از استان سیستان و بلوچستان به کشور پاکستان

چکیده

زمینه وهدف: این پژوهش در پی ارزیابی میزان گردشگری پزشکی از سیستان و بلوچستان به مقصد پاکستان و تحلیل و تبیین علل، زمینه‌ها و پراکنش فضایی مبداء سفر گردشگران پزشکی بوده است.
روش شناسی: این پژوهش کاربردی با روش توصیفی – تحلیلی انجام و داده‌ها با روش نمونه‌برداری تصادفی ساده و پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته از400 نمونه (در14 شهرستان) گردآوری و با مدلهای استنباط آماری کروسکال والیس، کندال‌تائو سی، لامبدا و کای‌دو تحلیل گردید.
یافته‌ها: نیمی از خانوارها اعلام کردند؛ یک یا چند عضو خانواده‌شان، دستکم یکبار سفر گرشگری پزشکی به پاکستان داشته‌اند. این شاخص در شهرستانهای شمالی استان صفر بود. ولی حدود 20 تا 80 درصد خانوارهای شهرستانهای میانی و جنوبی استان سفر گردشگری پزشکی به پاکستان داشته اند.
نتیجه‌گیری و پیشنهادات: هدف نیمی از گردشگران فقط درمان و نیمی دیگر درمان، دیدار اقوام و گردشگری بوده. متغیر سواد با سفر به پاکستان ارتباطی نداشت. شاغلین بخش تجارت، بیشتر از کارمندان برای گردشگری پزشکی به پاکستان رفته‌اند. 42درصد گردشگران مشابهت فرهنگی، 44درصد سهولت رفت و آمد را بر تصمیم خود برای سفر موثر دانسته‌اند. تاثیر متغیر هزینه بر تصمیم به سفر، متوسط بود؛ متغیرهای کاهش دهنده گردشگری پزشکی به پاکستان، عبارتند از توسعه شبکه درمانی، بیمه‌های کارآمد، افزایش میانکنش فضائی با داخل کشور و کاهش ارزش ریال موجب کاهش سفرهای گردشگری پزشکی به پاکستان شده و خواهد شد.
نواوری و اصالت: معطوف به سه حوزه است: تاکنون موضوع گردشگری پزشکی به پاکستان کار نشده، تاکنون گردشگری پزشکی در مبداء سفر مطالعه نشده، تاکنون جمعیت یک استان (به مثابه جامعه هدف) کار نشده است.
