سطح مهارت زبان راهنمایان تور و توانایی آنها در خلق تجربیات به یاد ماندنی: بررسی دیدگاه های راهنمایان تور و گردشگران خارجی

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: امروزه، تجربیات به ­یادماندنی به­ عنوان یکی از عوامل مهم و مؤثر در بازدید مجدد گردشگران از مقاصد گردشگری محسوب می ­شود. این پژوهش به بررسی ارتباط سطح مهارت زبان راهنمایان تور و توانایی آن­ها در خلق تجربیات به­یادماندنی با تمرکز بر دیدگاه‌های راهنمایان تور و گردشگران خارجی در ایران می‌پردازد.
روش ­شناسی: پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف، توصیفی-اکتشافی، از نظر مخاطب، یک پژوهش بنیادی و بر اساس نحوۀ گردآوری داده‌ها از نوع پژوهش آمیخته (کمّی-کیفی) است. جمع­آوری داده‌های کمی از طریق پرسش­نامه و داده‌های کیفی با استفاده از مصاحبه‌های نیمه ساختاریافته انجام شد. جامعۀ آماری این پژوهش در بخش کمی 65 نفر گردشگر و در بخش کیفی 18 نفر راهنمای تور و 24  نفر گردشگر خارجی بودند.
یافته ­ها: نتایج بخش کمی نشان داد که بین تجربیات به ­یادماندنی گزارش­شده توسط گردشگرانی که تحت راهنمایی افرادی با تسلط زبانی بالا قرار داشتند، در مقایسه با کسانی که توسط راهنمایان تور با مهارت‌های زبانی پایه راهنمایی شدند، تفاوت معنی­ داری وجود دارد. همچنین نتایج تحلیل محتوای بخش کیفی پژوهش پنج مضمون را از دیدگاه راهنمایان تور نشان داد که شامل: درک اشتراکات فرهنگی و تاریخی، موانع زبانی و تأثیرات آن‌ها، داستان‌گویی و تسلط بر زبان، بازخورد منعکس‌کنندۀ اثربخشی زبان و مهارت زبانی به ­عنوان ابزاری برای ارتباط مؤثر بودند. نتایج تحلیل مضمون از دیدگاه کنشگران در قالب شش مضمون، اثرگذاری ارتباطی، تجربۀ لذت از تور، تأثیر عاطفی، سازگاری و انعطاف‌پذیری، حرفه‌ای بودن و چالش‌ها و موانع مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.
نتیجه­ گیری و پیشنهادات: نتایج این پژوهش مؤید این مطلب است که تسلط زبانی راهنمایان تور یک جزء اساسی در راهنمایی مؤثر در گردشگری می‌باشد. یافته‌های این پژوهش نیاز به سرمایه‌گذاری مداوم را در آموزش زبان برای راهنمایان تور برجسته می‌کند. با انجام این کار، صنعت گردشگری می‌تواند اطمینان حاصل کند که گردشگران نه ­تنها با دانش بیشتر بلکه با خاطرات گرانبهایی سفرهای خود را به پایان می‌رسانند.
نوآوری و اصالت:  این پژوهش تلاش دارد با برجسته ­نمودن نقش مهارت زبانی راهنمایان تور در این حوزه، به درک نقش عنصر مهم زبان در خلق تجربیات به ­یادماندنی برای مدیران گردشگری کمک کند و با تولید ادبیات جدید در این ارتباط، رویکرد پژوهشگران را در توجه به موضوعات بین رشته‌ای تحت تأثیر قرار دهد.
