Analysis of International Documents Associated with International Agritourism Investment Contracts

Abstract

Agricultural tourism is a scientific, economic and social activity. Agricultural tourism requires a variety of investments, which makes the international investment contracts of this industry related to various documents of international law. This article deals with the international documents that are related to the international investment contracts of the agricultural tourism industry. The purpose of this article is to analyze the coordination of international agricultural tourism investment contracts with these documents. The methodology of the article gives a scientific-legal answer to the question with an argumentative method. The results show that to maintain the agricultural tourism industry, agricultural resources and environmental protection, tourism investment contracts were prepared according to international documents, and the most appropriate investment contracts related to B.O.T contracts that only a few types of contracts are in accordance with the definitions of agricultural tourism and international instruments, including Treaty on the Protection of Birds Good for Agriculture, and if do not attention to it, the security of global and domestic food is threatened and, if observed, global and domestic agricultural tourist sites are preserved and can be protected for future generations and its income can be used.
