قابلیت پیش‌بینی عملکرد شغلی کارکنان اداره‌کل میراث فرهنگی، گردشگری و صنایع دستی بر اساس موئلفه‌های هوش فرهنگی، بر مبنای کنترل جنسیت

چکیده

چکیده
امروزه ادارات و سازمانها بدنبال کارکنانی هستند تا بتوانند مناسب‌ترین عملکردها را از خود بروز دهند و با توجه به نوع وظایف و مسئولیت‌شان توانایی برقرای ارتباط با فرهنگ‌های متفاوت را نیز داشته باشند. هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی اثر هوش فرهنگی بر عملکرد شغلی کارکنان میراث فرهنگی و گردشگری با تأکید بر کنترل جنسیت می‌باشد. این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی - پیمایشی می‌باشد. جامعه آماری پژوهش کلیه کارکنان اداره میراث فرهنگی و گردشگری استان مازندران می‌باشند، که تعداد 130 نفر از طریق نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای انتخاب شدند. داده‌های این پژوهش از طریق پرسشنامه جمع آوری شد. برای سنجش هوش فرهنگی و عملکرد شغلی به ترتیب پرسشنامه‌های أنگ و همکاران (2004)، پاترسون (1989) مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از آزمونهای کولمـوگروف- اسـمیرنوف، ضـریب همبسـتگی پیرسـون، رگرسیون چند متغیره و آزمون t استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که بین ابعاد هوش فرهنگی و عملکرد شغلی همبستگی مثبت و معنی‌داری وجود دارد، ولی در معادلات رگرسیونی که اثر ابعاد مختلف مورد سنجش قرار گرفت دو بُعد انگیزشی و رفتاری قدرت پیش‌بینی پذیری داشته ولی ابعاد فراشناختی و شناختی قدرت پیش‌بینی نداشتند، همچنین آزمون t نشان داده بین جنسیت زن و مرد از لحاظ هوش فرهنگی تفاوت معناداری وجود ندارد.
