پهنه بندی مناطق مستعد گردشگری شهری با استفاده از توانایی سیستم اطلاعات مکانی و تلفیق عوامل اجتماعی، محیطی و فیزیکی

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: پهنه‌بندی و شناسایی فضاهای شهری با پتانسیل باالقوۀ گردشگری، و معرفی آن‌ها جهت تأثیر بر نگرش گردشگران به منظور انتخاب مقاصد گردشگری یکی از مهم‌ترین سیاست‌های مدیریتی در شهرها می‌باشد که جلب رضایت و وفاداری گردشگران برگ برندة آن‌ها خواهد بود. از این رو، پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارزیابی و پهنه‌بندی پتانسیل گردشگری شهری در قسمت مرکزی استان آذربایجان شرقی (تبریز) انجام شد.
روش‌شناسی: پژوهش حاضر از نوع تحقیق کاربردی مبتنی بر روش مکانی و بازدیدهای میدانی می‌باشد. که با شناسایی و ادغام پانزده متغیر اجتماعی، محیطی و فیزیکی (تراکم مساحت، فاصله از پارکینگ، فاصله از جاده، فاصله از مراکز درمانی، فاصله از فضای سبز، فاصله از مراکز تفریحی، شیب، فاصله از رودخانه، بارش برف، روزهای آفتابی، سرعت باد، تراکم جمعیت، تراکم خانوار، تراکم تحصیل‌کرده‌ها و تراکم فاقد تحصیلات) توسط مدل‌های خوشه‌بندی و خودسازمان‌دهی به پهنه‌بندی مناطق مستعد گردشگری شهری پرداخته شد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج تحقیق حاضر نشان داد که پس از بررسی و شناخت عوامل اجتماعی، محیطی و فیزیکی طبق الگوریتم‌های مورد استفاده، بیش‌ترین درصد مساحت مستعد گردشگری شهری مربوط به طبقۀ پتانسیل خیلی کم با مقدار 44/27 درصد می‌باشد و بیش‌ترین درصد مساحت پتانسیل گردشگری شهری در منطقۀ مورد مطالعه در طبقۀ پتانسیل خیلی زیاد با مقدار 002/31 درصد به ترتیب مشاهده شد.
نتیجه‌گیری و پیشنهادها: در نهایت پیشنهاد می‌شود که به منظور ایجاد انگیزۀ تغییر سیاست، آزمایش‌های مستند بیش‌تری در برنامه‌ریزی مشترک استفاده از زمین انجام شود. از طرف دیگر تهیۀ پهنه‌های مستعد گرشگری شهری می‌تواند راهنمای جامع برای گردشگران، تورگردانان و سند علمی برای مدیران به منظور تصمیم‌گیری‌ها و توسعۀ پایدار باشد.
نوآوری و اصالت: شناسایی و توجه به پتانسیل‌های منطقه برای گردشگری شهری و بررسی مسائل اقتصادی، اجتماعی و فرهنگی مرتبط با موضوع و ارزیابی توان گردشگری با تلفیق مؤلفه‌های مکانی از نوآوری این پژوهش می‌باشد.
