ارائه چارچوبی برای توسعه گردشگری خرید فراگیر

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: امروزه سیاست‌گذاران برای توسعة فراگیر و پایدار از ابزارها و استراتژی‌های مختلفی استفاده می‌نمایند که یکی از این ابزارها توسعة گردشگری خرید است. زمانی که موضوع توسعة گردشگری در اشکال مختلف و فراگیر مطرح شود لزوم توجه به برنامه‌ریزی استراتژیک به‌منظور توانمندسازی و ظرفیت‌سازی امری حیاتی است. با این توصیف، هدف اصلی مطالعة حاضر ارائة چارچوبی برای توسعة گردشگری خرید فراگیر است.
روششناسی: رویکرد تحقیق حاضر کیفی، از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نگاه ماهیت و روش توصیفی_تحلیلی است. جامعة مشارکت‌کنندگان تحقیق شامل سه گروه گردشگران و زائرین، خبرگان و کسب‌وکارها و مدیران و کارشناسان سازمان‌های اجرایی در استان قم است که با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و با مصاحبة اکتشافی با 26 نفر از گروه اول، 14 نفر از گروه دوم و 14 نفر از گروه سوم انتخاب و اشباع حاصل‌شده است.
یافتهها: در این طرح از روش تحلیل مضمون شش مرحله‌ای براون و کلارک برای کدگذاری و تجزیه‌وتحلیل یافته‌ها استفاده‌شده است که در نتیجة آن 143 گزاره و مفهوم در 16 مضمون پایه، 4 مضمون سازمان‌دهنده و 2 مضمون فراگیر برچسب‌گذاری گردید.
نتیجهگیری و پیشنهادات: نتایج نشان می‌دهد برای توسعة گردشگری خرید فراگیر می‌بایست بین عوامل و بازیگران اصلی آن‌ها یعنی اقدامات توسعه‌دهنده و الزامات تحریک‌کننده نوعی بازآفرینی و هم‌افزایی چندگانه صورت گیرد. در این بین، شکل‌گیری و بازتولید این نوع هم‌افزایی نیازمند شناسایی و تبیین بازیگران اصلی این حوزه به‌عنوان زیست‌بوم فراگیر است که در این مطالعه از آن‌ها به‌عنوان عوامل محتوایی- ساختاری و عوامل نهادی- اجرایی نام‌برده شده است. این بازیگران با توجه به نوع کارکرد و سازوکارهای اجرایی که دارند نقش مؤثری در توسعة فراگیر بخش گردشگری خرید خواهند داشت.
نوآوری و اصالت: این مقاله با استفاده از ابزارهای مختلف پژوهشی و از طریق شناسایی بازیگران اصلی و همچنین تبیین زیست‌بوم گردشگری خرید به دنبال ایجاد چارچوبی برای توسعة فراگیر این حوزه است.
