مطالعه اثر توسعه گردشگری بر شادی گردشگران شهر یزد با رویکرد شهر شاد

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: امروزه اهمیت و وسعت صنعت گردشگری موجب شده است تا پدیده‌های متعددی از دیدگاه گردشگری مورد تحلیل قرار گیرند. از پیدایش نخستین جاذبه‌ها و... تا رسیدن به صنعت گستره‌ی امروزی، گردشگری و مکان‌های شهری در پیوندی پایدار بوده‌اند. به‌همین دلیل هدف مطالعه اثر توسعه گردشگری بر شادی گردشگران شهر یزد با رویکرد شهر شاد می‌باشد.

روش‌شناسی: روش آن توصیفی-تحلیلی از نوع کاربردی هست و برای جمع‌آوری اطلاعات موردنیاز از دو روش کتابخانه-ی و میدانی استفاده شده است. همچنین جامعه آماری آن را 400 نفر از گردشگران داخلی و خارجی ورودی به شهر یزد در سال 1398 درنظر گرفتند که با نرم‌افزار SPSS و Amos تجزیه‌وتحلیل شدند.

یافته‌ها: نتایج حاصل نشان می‌دهد مکان‌های تاریخی-فرهنگی بیش از 75 درصد برای گردشگران جذاب بود اما گردشگران داخلی با انگیزه تحصیل(بیش از 4 بار با اقامت یک‌شب و از احساسات شادی برخوردار بودند) و گردشگران خارجی بخاطر فرهنگ و شیوه زندگی ساکنین(تنها یکبار با اقامت بین 2تا4 روز و از احساسات حیرت و تعجب روبه‌رو شده بودند) مقصد یزد را انتخاب کردند. همچنین گردشگران لازمه‌ها و جاذبه‌های گردشگری مقصد شهر یزد را متوسط رو به بالا گزارش دادند.

نتیجه‌گیری و پیشنهادات: باتوجه به یافته‌های این پژوهش، بین شادی گردشگران و شاخص‌های توسعه گردشگری (لازمه، جاذبه و دافعه) در مقصد شهر یزد ارتباط مستقیم و معناداری وجود دارد.

نوآوری و اصالت: مطالعات اندکی ارتباط بین گردشگری و شادی در کشورهای توسعه‌یافته را بررسی کردند ولی در کشورهای درحال توسعه مانند ایران هنوز مورد مطالعه قرار نگرفته است.
