ارائه مدل توسعه مکمل‌گرای گردشگری با رویکرد فراترکیب

چکیده

این مطالعه با هدف ارائه مدلی برای توسعه مکمل‌گرای گردشگری انجام گرفته و شامل دو بخش کیفی و کمی است. بخش کیفی با روش فراترکیب، یافته‌های پژوهش‌های مرتبط ترکیب و الگوی تحقیق طراحی شد. بر این اساس تعداد 316 پژوهش حوزه مکمل‌گرایی ارزیابی و 51 پژوهش انتخاب شد و با تحلیل آنها، ابعاد و کدهای مربوطه استخراج گردید. بخش کمی با استفاده از روش توصیفی به بررسی مطلوبیت مدل، تعیین اهمیت ابعاد با کمک آزمون فریدمن و بررسی ساختاری مدل تحقیق با روش معادلات ساختاری انجام گرفت. جامعه بخش کمی، خبرگان و مطلعین حوزه مدیریت و گردشگری بود که 30 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب گردید. نتایج با استفاده از فراترکیب نشان داد که ابعاد توسعه مکمل‌گرای گردشگری شامل مکمل‌گرایی سیاستی، مکمل گرایی همکارانه، مکمل‌گرایی نهادی، مکمل‌گرایی فرهنگی و ارزشی، مکمل‌گرایی پویا، مکمل‌گرایی فنی می‌باشد. نتایج آزمون تی‌تک‌نمونه‌ای نشان داد که مدل از نظر شاخص‌های هفت گانه، کیفیت لازم را دارد. براساس آزمون فریدمن، مکملگرایی همکارانه و سیاستی دارای بالاترین اهمیت و مکمل‌گرایی فنی و پویا دارای پایین‌ترین اهمیت می‌باشند. در نهایت، بررسی ساختاری مدل تحقیق نشان داد که کلیه ابعاد اصلی و فرعی دارای ضرایب معناداری بیش از 96/1 بوده و در سطح اطمینان 99 درصد مورد تایید می‌باشد.
